forthcoming Mott The Hoople movie -
ALL THE WAY TO MEMPHIS
ALL THE WAY TO MEMPHIS is the Mott The Hoople Movie being written and overseen by Dale Griffin, with interest being expressed already by two major Hollywood Movie Studios.
It is the story of Mott's Rocky journey in the winter of 1972 when their butts were on the line if the tour wasn't a big success and the endless succession of problems that beset the band made it all-but certain that dismal failure was the only option for MTH. It will feature all the founder members of MTH - characterised by handsome young actors and will have many of Mott's greatest songs on the soundtrack, many of them re-recorded by the pick of today's rock talents, male and female. Brian May (Queen) and Joe Elliott (Def Leppard) have already given their support to Dale's Mott movie project. Casting is already in progress. ALL THE WAY TO MEMPHIS is the Rock Movie to end all Rock movies.
