The Love Affair were probably the hottest teenybop band in the UK and on the Continent in 1968/69 - with more than 3000 fan club members! By 1970 however, the hits had dried up and Steve Ellis, their original vocalist had split. The band soldiered on for a while with a new vocalist, only to find that there was no audience for their new progressive sound. They finally broke up in 1971 - and later incarnations of the band did not feature any original members.
These Love Affair pages pay tribute to this fabulous band - and contain among others, a biography detailing all the known line-ups of the band, from 1966 to present. There is also an illustrated worldwide dicography, plus in-depth looks at Morgan Fisher and Steve Ellis' solo careers. The pages are updated regularly - with details about new CD releases (and re-issues), plus new archive discoveries (singles, lps etc).
