Krka National Park is one of Croatia's many scenic wonders. Located northeast of Sibenik it tracks the Krka river, with spectacular waterfalls, gurgling pools and pounding rapids. Swimming is possible below the waterfalls making the park the perfect place for a hot day, but well worth visiting whatever the wheater is.

As well as the wildlife and pituresque historic buildings of old mills, now turned into craft shops and galleries, there are plenty of idyllic spots just to sit and gaze at the glorious surroundings.
